Though personally I'm free to eat often, how would someone with a busy schedule go about doing this? For example those who's 9-5 jobs don't allow them time for meals outside of the lunch break...

You mentioned feeling drowsy at work.... I used to sit there, trying so hard to to fall asleep, barely able to keep my eyes open. Well since I've been eating healthy foods every three, I no longer have that problem. -Teri

I've been eating 5 meals a day, for about 8 months now, and I love it. I used to " starve and stuff," ( that means starving myself all day with one or two scrawny, nutrient lacking meals, just to go home and stuff myself in the evening!) now I use proper macro-nutrient balancing, with the peace of mind in knowing that I get another meal in three hours! Somethimes "life" happens and gets in the way of a meal, but generally speaking you can every three, and your body adjusts pretty quickly. It just feels right. -Teri
