You are right, having a family can make it difficult to cook for more than one day at a time. This is especially true if your spouse or significant other does not share your nutritional habits.

Thanks for the comment!

It is good one to cook for 2 or 3 days. It saves time and build habits.
It is hard to do it especially if you live with your family, but it isn't impossible :)

Great post collection here! I definitely agree that eating every 3 hours is beneficial. It keeps your metabolism going, takes the load of your stomach, keeps you satisfied, etc...

I do have to disagree with the title saying you *must* count your calories to be healthy.

Of course it depends on what your goals are. If you are an athlete or a bodybuilder, I do suggest you count your calories. Otherwise,... let's not overwork ourselves.

Basicly, if you have a good idea of what a healthy diet is all about and sort of know the nutritional values of the foods you eat, you can very well judge if you are eating sufficiently.

If being healthy is something we have to work this hard for, then our food industry has seriously done a good job to butter things up.

ps: I see you don't actually say we have to write our calories down, just keep a mental note of them. Which is not really that hard I guess!

Greetings and keep posting!
Btw, some pages dont work on your website, like the Archive page.

[...] EatEveryThree.com I love it! It’s soooo true. I remind myself every 3 hours to eat something small (around 200-300 calories) to keep my metabolism going and my blood sugar stable. Check out this cool website as it has many tips on how to eat every three hours! [...]
